Amplification Policy - Any Show that takes place in a large venue will require an amplification system (PA) to ensure that Christopher will be heard without problems. A wireless hands free mic (lavaliere) will be required and must be provided by the client. If the client doesn't have access to such a system, then one will need to be rented or purchased at the clients expense. Electricity must be available within 20 feet of the performance space.

Outdoor Policy: The only show that may be performed outdoors is the Walk Around Act. Why is this? Elements such as weather, wind, uneven terrain, insects, and outside noises detract from the show and may cause discomfort to both audience and Christopher. If the show must be outside, then it must be performed in a four (4) sided tent or similar and air conditioned is required. Depending on the exact situation, an additional outdoor show fee may be charged at Christopher's discretion.

Payment Policy - The acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit/Debit Card via PayPal.

In almost all cases, no money is required until AFTER the show is performed. A signed contract will hold the date of your event. NO MONEY DOWN!!!!

The exceptions to this rule are:
1. If you are paying with a credit card via PayPal. The funds must be sent to lylemagic@aol.com via www.paypal.com at least seven (7) days prior to the show date.

2. Any shows booked outside the state of Texas will require a 50% deposit to hold the date with the other 50% due 14 Days prior to the show.

Cancellation Policy - Should the client decide to cancel the show with less than 15 days notice to Christopher Lyle (with the exception of cancellation due to natural disaster such as fire, flood, etc...), they do hereby agree to pay 80% of the minimum guaranteed contracted fee. Should the show be canceled 72 hours prior, the client is responsible to pay 100% of the contracted performance fee. Should any problem arise to cause postponement of the performance, it will be rescheduled for a date suitable to both parties involved.

Refund Policy - A full refund will be issued on any pre-show deposits/payments if for reasons beyond his control, Christopher is unable to perform or unable to send a suitable replacement act of equal quality. Once Christopher has performed his act, no refunds will be issued for any reason, no exceptions.
